IBM will release Lotus Notes and its Lotus Symphony productivity package, a free alternative to the documents and other software in Microsoft Office, for Apple’s Macintosh computers.

For five year I worked in Apple retail. During that time I notice one constant issue. The average customer really don't know enough about technology. They will buy their technology base on recommendation of the family's or friend geek in some cases some information they founded on a blog/ website.
